📌 Job Purpose:
To achieve sales targets by acquiring new customers, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and effectively promoting the company’s products or services to drive business growth.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and contact potential and existing customers (via phone, in person, or online).

  • Present, promote, and sell products or services clearly and persuasively.

  • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.

  • Prepare quotations and follow up on deals until closure.

  • Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and provide solutions.

  • Prepare regular sales reports and activity updates.

  • Monitor market trends and competitors, suggesting improvements.


🎯 Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field).

  • Previous experience in sales (depending on the job level).

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to close deals and meet targets.

  • Proficiency in computer use and CRM systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
