Job Objective:
To greet customers upon their entry to the restaurant, provide a professional welcoming experience, organize guest flow, and ensure high-quality service from the moment they enter until they are seated or leave.
Tasks and Responsibilities:
To greet customers in a polite and professional manner.
To organize the waiting list and table reservations according to the operational system.
To answer phone calls and customer inquiries.
To coordinate the seating process and ensure fair and efficient table distribution.
To collaborate with food servers and supervisors to ensure smooth service.
To handle initial feedback or complaints and direct them to the responsible parties when necessary.
To maintain the order and cleanliness of the reception area.
To present a professional image that represents the restaurant's identity and culture.
Requirements and Qualifications:
High school diploma at a minimum.
Previous experience in reception or customer service (additional advantage).
Strong communication skills and ability to deal with various types of customers.
Neat appearance and politeness in conversation.
Ability to work in a shift system (morning/evening/weekend).
Proficiency in using computers or electronic reservation systems (if available).
Working Hours:
According to the shift system adopted in the restaurant.
