Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, understand their needs, and deliver an outstanding sales experience.

• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.

• Present products and explain features professionally.

• Arrange and organize displays and maintain cleanliness and order in the section.

• Monitor stock levels and report any shortages to management.

• Comply with company policies, attendance, and timekeeping.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.

• Sales experience (preferably in retail) — not mandatory depending on company needs.

• Professionalism, discipline, and strong interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work on a shift basis.
