Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries through WhatsApp and phone calls, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone calls effectively.
Provide accurate information and solutions to customer issues.

Document interactions and follow up on customer requests when necessary.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
