Responsibilities:
Providing support and assistance to visitors and meeting their needs.
Handling visitor inquiries and complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Organizing and directing visitors within the amusement park.
Maintaining a safe and enjoyable work environment.
Working as part of a team to achieve an exceptional visitor experience.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; university degree holders preferred.
Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems.
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is an advantage.
