As we continue to grow, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team and help drive our store’s success.

Job Summary:

As the Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring smooth store functioning, and delivering outstanding customer service. You will play a key role in staff management, sales performance, inventory control, and maintaining store standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.

  • Supervise and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.

  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock checks, and assist in merchandising.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and ensure a positive shopping experience.

  • Train and onboard new employees, fostering a collaborative team environment.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

  • Analyze sales reports and suggest strategies to improve performance.

  • Step in as acting Store Manager when required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years in retail, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

  • Leadership: Strong team management and coaching skills.

  • Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional service.

  • Organizational Skills: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to resolving issues.

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
