About OPUS

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an Operations Manager who can lead and optimize our day-to-day operations and serve as a key advisor to the CEO.

Job Purpose

The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the OPUS platform, ensuring efficient workflows, excellent user experience, and strong cross-functional coordination. This role requires a proactive, strategic thinker who can scale processes, lead initiatives, and drive operational excellence while reporting directly to the CEO.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of daily operations, ensuring seamless functionality across the platform, customer support, partner success, and internal coordination.

Develop and optimize operational processes, SOPs, and workflows for scalability and performance.

Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), operational metrics, and user satisfaction rates.

Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions that enhance productivity and service quality.

Collaborate with the product, engineering, marketing, and business development teams to align execution with strategic objectives.

Ensure compliance with local regulations, platform policies, and data privacy standards.

Manage and coordinate with external vendors, partners, and service providers as needed.

Prepare reports, dashboards, and updates for the CEO, and support strategic planning efforts.

Support team hiring, onboarding, and performance tracking for operations-related roles.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operations or general management role, preferably in a tech startup or digital platform environment.

Strong background in process optimization, platform operations, or service delivery.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and project management skills.

Strong analytical mindset with experience using dashboards and KPIs to drive decisions.

High proficiency in digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, ERP, project management systems).

Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
