Job Objective
To lead and manage all human resources functions within the company in accordance with the labor laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on developing a professional work environment that supports growth in the perfume and cosmetics sector.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Prepare and implement recruitment plans in line with the expansion in the retail sector (perfume/cosmetics), and manage recruitment processes across various platforms (LinkedIn, cases, etc.).
Prepare and implement specialized training programs according to the company's needs, such as social development, Taqat, competencies, and other government platforms in line with localization (Taqat).
Prepare and update the human resources policy manual, and ensure the application of policies within branches and showrooms.
Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and handling labor issues, reducing legal risks to the company, and following up with government entities when necessary.
Supervise the preparation of monthly payroll, review attendance, departures, and vacations, manage the wage protection system, and prepare and upload files via the Mudad platform.
Manage daily operations and supervise the human resources team, and support other departments in organizational matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
Experience
Experience of no less than 3–7 years in human resources.
Experience of no less than 3 years in a leadership position.
Experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or retail sector is a must.
Skills
Strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws.
Experience with government platforms.
Leadership and decision-making skills.
High analytical and managerial skills.
