At Herfy Restaurants, we are looking for an exceptional service team capable of performing tasks independently and with maximum efficiency and profitability. Your responsibility will be to oversee daily operations and ensure that the stores operate in accordance with Herfy's policies, rules, and procedures.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  1. Receive orders from customers at the counter, drive-thru, or mobile app, and accurately record them in the order system, ensuring they are delivered correctly and promptly.

  2. Work on all stations in the kitchen and prepare meals according to the quality standards set by Herfy.

  3. Maintain cleanliness in the work area, dining area, and tables, ensuring that all necessary supplies are available.

  4. Clean utensils and cooking equipment according to health system standards.

  5. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve desired goals and provide necessary support.

  6. Adhere to all occupational safety and health standards.

  7. Familiarity with inventory counting procedures for all material balances in the store.

  8. Notify the restaurant manager of any discrepancies in material balances.

  9. Supervise the disposal of expired and damaged products daily according to Herfy's rules.

  10. Monitor daily revenues and ensure they are received by the finance department.

  11. Adhere to Herfy's cash policy with integrity.

  12. Familiarity with SAP software and cash registers.

  13. Ensure understanding of Herfy's goal: "Working together to satisfy our customers makes them feel like our top priority."

  14. Supervise the application of the highest level of QSC standards in the store.

  15. Knowledge of all receiving procedures from Herfy's warehouse and external suppliers.

Competencies:

  • Proficiency in computer use.

  • Familiarity with SAP programs.

  • Knowledge of legal and economic regulations applicable in the country.

  • Familiarity with cash inventory.

Personal Skills and Requirements:

  • The candidate must be flexible and possess good interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to make decisions.

  • Good communication skills to interact with diverse employees.

  • Ability to motivate employees to work as a team to ensure food and service meet appropriate standards.

Educational Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or higher.

Work Experience:

  • Previous experience in the restaurant or customer service field is preferred.
