We are looking for: An ambitious and organized university intern to join our team in business coordination and client account management

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing client accounts and communicating with them

  • Coordinate between clients and the internal team

  • Follow up on project progress and ensure timely execution

  • Assist in preparing proposals and reports

  • Respond to client inquiries professionally

  • Organize meetings and coordinate appointments

  • Prepare timelines and follow up on tasks

  • Learn from the team and gain practical experience in business management

Required Qualifications:

  • University student in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • High organizational skills and ability to prioritize

  • Proficiency in both Arabic and English

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Professional personality and presentable appearance

  • Ability to learn quickly and work within a team

  • Commitment and responsibility
