Job Objective
To execute daily human resources operations and support the HR management in implementing policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Tasks and Responsibilities
Recruitment and preparation of job offers.
Implementing operations through the Qiwa platform, the Madad platform, registering employees with social insurance, and following up on contracts and entitlements.
Preparing monthly payrolls and entering attendance and departure data, and uploading payroll files via the Madad platform.
Managing employee files, maintaining and following up on employee records, tracking leaves and absences, and issuing letters.
Implementing policies and regulations, monitoring employee compliance with company policies, and reporting violations and incidents to management.
Supporting compliance with labor laws and monitoring the application of labor regulations, assisting in handling simple issues, and preparing documents for government entities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
Experience
2 to 5 years of experience.
Experience in the perfume, cosmetics, or retail sectors is preferred.
Skills
Basic to intermediate knowledge of the Saudi labor system.
Proficiency in using Excel and HR systems.
Attention to detail in executing daily tasks.
Good communication skills.
