🛍 Tasks and Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
Identify customer needs and suggest suitable perfumes.
Explain the components of perfumes, their longevity, and their character (Oriental – Western – Daily – Formal).
Achieve the monthly sales target.
Arrange and organize the display within the showroom and maintain its cleanliness.
Monitor inventory and report shortages.
Execute sales transactions and issue invoices accurately.
Adhere to company policies and procedures.
Participate in promotional campaigns and seasonal offers.
✅ Qualifications and Requirements:
High school diploma as a minimum.
Previous experience in sales (preferably in perfumes or retail).
Strong communication and persuasion skills.
Neat appearance and courtesy in dealings.
Ability to work in shifts.
Ability to handle work pressure and achieve goals.
