Job Description:

Misk Perfumes is looking for an exceptional Branch Manager to lead and manage one of our branches. You will be responsible for achieving business objectives, providing an exceptional customer experience, and guiding the team to achieve optimal performance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the branch and ensure sales targets are met.

• Develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.

• Guide and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.

• Monitor sales performance and analyze data to make strategic decisions.

• Maintain a positive and motivating work environment.

• Effectively handle customer complaints and feedback.

• Organize promotional events and increase sales.

Requirements:

• Age not exceeding 40 years

• High school diploma or higher, preferably a university degree in business administration or equivalent

• Previous experience in branch management or a similar position (preferably in the perfume or retail sector)

• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate the team

• Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability

• Able to work under pressure and achieve goals
