Job Summary:
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, including sales performance, staff management, inventory control, and customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, ensuring the store meets and exceeds financial and operational targets while maintaining brand standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Recruit, train, motivate, and supervise store staff to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
Sales & Performance: Drive store profitability by analyzing sales reports, identifying trends, and implementing strategies to boost revenue.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure smooth daily operations, including opening/closing procedures, cash management, and adherence to company policies.
Customer Experience: Maintain high service standards, resolve customer concerns, and foster a welcoming shopping environment.
Inventory & Merchandising: Oversee stock levels, conduct audits, and ensure effective visual merchandising to maximize sales.
Budget & Cost Control: Manage store budgets, control expenses, and optimize resource allocation.
Store Standards: Uphold cleanliness, safety, and brand presentation in line with company guidelines.
Qualifications & Skills:
Experience: 5+ years in retail, with at least 3 years in a Store Manager or similar leadership role.
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
Business Acumen: Strong understanding of retail KPIs, sales strategies, and operational efficiency.
Customer Focus: Passion for delivering exceptional service and building customer loyalty.
Problem-Solving: Ability to make quick decisions and handle challenges effectively.
Communication: Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Flexibility: Willingness to work weekends, holidays, and adapt to changing business needs.
