
Sales Advisor
Responsibilities:
● Greet and assist customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, identifying their needs and preferences.
● Develop a thorough understanding of our products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations to customers.
● Promote products and services, answer customer questions, and guide them through the purchasing process, meeting or exceeding sales targets.
● Conduct product demonstrations when necessary to showcase features and benefits.
● Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling related products and services.
● Assist in maintaining appropriate stock levels on shelves and displays, ensuring product availability.
● Contribute to visually appealing product displays and store layouts to enhance the customer shopping experience.
● Process customer transactions accurately and securely, adhering to cash handling procedures.
● Gather and relay customer feedback to improve products, services, and the overall shopping experience.
Qualifications:
● High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or customer service is a plus.
● Proven experience in customer service, retail sales, or a related role.
● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
● Friendly and approachable demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
● Ability to work collaboratively in a team.
● Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
● Basic computer skills for processing transactions.
● Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
