Job Summary:
The Goods Receiver is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording incoming goods to ensure they comply with purchase orders and specifications, while following safety and storage procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Receive incoming shipments from suppliers or transport companies.

• Inspect goods for quantity, quality, and condition.

• Match received items with purchase orders and delivery invoices.

• Record receiving data in the system or designated logs.

• Report any shortages, damages, or discrepancies.

• Arrange and store goods in designated storage areas.

• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse departments when required.

• Comply with health and safety regulations.
